Our Promise of Easy Returns

At Elevate Sports your complete satisfaction with your purchase is our top priority. That's why we provide a simple 14-day return policy, ensuring you have plenty of time to initiate a return following the receipt of your item. Please contact customer service at info@elevatesports.com.au to discuss your return.

Return Eligibility

For your item to qualify for a return/refund, it must adhere to these conditions:

  • The item should be in its original packaging.
  • It must be unworn or unused.
  • All original tags should remain attached.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee the availability of item(s) upon arrival of your return package.

However, you are more than welcome to return the item you don't wish to keep for a refund of the purchase price and then place a new order for the item that you want instead.

Non-Returnable Items Policy

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we are unable to accept returns of perishable goods, customised products, and personal care items. If you're unsure about the return eligibility of a particular item, please reach out to us for clarification.

Additionally, please be aware that items purchased on sale and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Shipping Costs 

Return postage to our warehouse is to be paid by the purchaser and items must be sent back prior to being processed  

Faulty Items

If the product you have purchased from us is faulty, you are entitled to a refund within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Please contact us via info@elevatesports.com.au for further assistance.

Refund Payment

Please allow up to 14 days from date of return, for your return to be processed.

All refunds will be processed through a secure payment gateway and via the original method of payment. It can take an additional 1 - 2 days for the refund to be made into your account by your financial institution. You will receive email notification as soon as your refund has been completed.  We will refund the original cost of shipping where the goods are faulty or incorrectly sent.

Our Returns Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Ticketing

Please Note, all tickets purchased through our platform at non-transferable and non-refundable.
